Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2025, and are open to all domestic bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit Novya District Local Government from 8/10am-5/10pm Monday to Friday.

Interested bidders can pick a complete set of bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Novya District Local Government after payment of a non-member dividend budgeted Revenue Administration System (IRAS). For payment and generation of PKN call 07625202033 and thereafter obtain a general re-acquired form fee above contract person or call District Cashier on 0174355974.
