Submission of Offers:
All offers must be submitted electronically to tenders@goal.ie or physically be hand delivered to our GOAL offices from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Thursdays and 8am to 1:30pm on Fridays at Plot 5448, Block 244, Bonge Way, Kansanga, Kampala, Uganda.
Tenders must be received not later than 22nd October 2026 at 17:00Hrs EAT. Any further enquiries may be addressed to tenders@goal.ie.
