1. Job Purpose
The Job Posting & Data Entry Specialist ensures that all job listings are accurately and efficiently posted on the company’s website and job board. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, speed, strong organizational skills, and the ability to process large volumes of job data (200+ posts daily) without compromising quality.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Job Posting & Content Input
- Post 200–300 job vacancies per day using a structured online form (approx. 10 input fields per job).
- Upload job details such as title, description, salary, company, location, deadline, and instructions.
- Format job descriptions professionally and consistently.
- Ensure all job details match the source documents exactly (no typos, omissions, or errors).
B. Data Accuracy & Quality Control
- Proofread content before publishing.
- Carry out daily checks on published jobs for duplication or inconsistencies.
- Flag unclear or incomplete job information to supervisors.
C. Coordination & Workflow
- Communicate with the recruitment team to obtain missing job details.
- Prioritize urgent job postings.
- Maintain an organized workflow to meet daily posting targets.
D. Tools & Software Use
- Use content management systems (CMS), job board platforms, and spreadsheets.
- Work with Google Sheets and tracking tools for daily reporting.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to format job descriptions when needed.
3. Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45–60 wpm).
- High attention to detail — ability to spot errors instantly.
- Prior experience in data entry, content uploading, or administrative work.
- Strong command of written English.
- Good computer skills and fast navigation between tabs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily targets.
- Basic understanding of job descriptions and recruitment language.
Preferred
- Experience in massive data entry
- Familiarity with using a computer
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Courses, Social Science, IT, HR, or a related field.
Behavioral Traits
- Highly disciplined and focused.
- Comfortably handles repetitive tasks.
- Self-motivated and deadline-driven.
- Honest and reliable.
4. Performance Indicators
- Number of jobs posted daily (target: 200–300).
- Zero or minimal errors in published jobs.
- Formatting consistency.

- Ability to meet weekly volume targets.
