JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications:

• Should possess a PhD or Master's degree in petroleum/Energy Economics and management, Oil and Gas law, Oil and gas management, International Energy policy or related fields especially for university level teaching.
• At Least 3 years in the oil and gas sector(up stream, midstream or downstream operations), Policy and regulatory affairs

Responsibilities:

• To deliver high-quality teaching, research, and industry engagement in Oil & Gas Management, Governance and Policy equipping students with the skills needed for the international and Uganda’s growing energy sector.
• Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Oil & Gas Management, Governance, Economics and Policy at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Develop and update course materials (syllabi, case studies, e-learning content) aligned with Uganda’s and the international oil & gas sector needs.
• Participate in departmental meetings, exam setting, exam moderation and marking.
• Supervise student projects and dissertations.
