JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

AORW-U is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to support our programs. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage M&E systems to track program progress and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M&E plans and tools
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data
• Conduct data quality assessments and evaluations
• Support program staff in using M&E data for decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to disseminate M&E findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, social sciences)
• 2+ years of M&E experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
