Job Summary

The Management Consultant provides strategic advisory services to organizations by identifying business challenges, recommending practical solutions, and supporting organizational transformation to improve efficiency, performance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments and business diagnostics.
• Develop strategic plans and operational improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate change management and organizational development programmes.
• Review business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Prepare consultancy reports and presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Support policy and strategy development.
• Deliver assignments within agreed timelines and budgets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• Relevant consulting or management experience.
