Marketing Manager
Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and creativeMarketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives. You’ll manage marketing operations, oversee campaigns, and help shape the company’s brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to meet business goals
- Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
- Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for new and existing products
- Expand digital and social media marketing efforts
- Track marketing project performance and optimize for results
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and goals
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and presentations
- Liaise with external partners, including media and advertising agencies
- Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficient in customer and market research analysis
- Experience with marketing software and analytics tools
- Familiarity with product marketing and brand management

- Digital Fluency – Up-to-date with digital tools, platforms, and trends
- Critical Thinking – Able to develop strategic solutions based on sound analysis

- Creativity & Innovation – Capable of designing impactful and original campaigns
- Strong leadership, presentation, and project management skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
