JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the company’s go-to-market strategies
and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Build and manage distribution networks across retail and wholesale.
- Lead marketing campaigns (including digital, events, and BTL).
- Track sales performance and report KPIs.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing within FMCG.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to increase brand visibility and drive growth.
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign analytics is a plus.
