As a Office Administrator for our Uganda office,you will support smooth financial,administrative and office operations by managing invoices,reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Through structured processes,you will also support HR and general administrative activities across the organization :
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for incoming vendor invoice process and handling verification and approval process
- Processing customer reminders on a bi-weekly basis
- Coordinating the travel expense process, including credit card statement reviews
- Preparing internal management reports
- Acting as the main contact person for the external accountant
- Supporting building and facility administration (office supplies, service providers, minor maintenance coordination)
- Managing general office coordination and administrative tasks
- Supporting the HR team with administrative activities (e.g. employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding coordination, absence tracking)
- Assisting with general commercial and administrative tasks across departments
- Maintaining structured records and ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, HR, or a related field
- Previous experience in an office administration, finance, or commercial support role
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
- Good written and spoken English
