JOB DETAILS:

Background

China Forestry International Development Ltd located in Luzira, Kampala, is hiring an Office Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Department with daily clerical tasks and data organisation
• Use office software for data entry and statistical analysis
• Maintain ERP order and shipping processes and collaborate with sales representatives to follow up on business matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related fields with minimum CGPA of 3.60
• Male or female between 22 and 27 years of age
• Proficiency in MicroSoft software with strong foundation in Excel
• Flexible thinking with strong learning ability
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
