Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the entire production process to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.Supervise, train, and manage the production team to achieve set targets.Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the production process.Receive and manage client orders, understand their requirements, and ensure timely execution.Monitor day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement.Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.Maintain proper records and provide regular operational updates to management.

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Additional Details

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations Management or a similar role.Experience in the printing or related industry will be an added advantage.Strong leadership and team supervision skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and client-handling skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
