JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To oversee daily waste collection operations, ensuring:
✔ Timely service delivery
✔ Effective team supervision
✔ Fleet efficiency & safety compliance
✔ High customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management:
- Plan and coordinate daily waste collection activities
- Supervise drivers, loaders, and field teams
- Resource Optimization:
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle maintenance
- Client Relations:
- Resolve complaints and ensure service quality
- Team Leadership:
- Enforce discipline, safety protocols, and productivity
- Reporting:
- Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in waste management/logistics operations
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Knowledge of fleet management and safety compliance
- Problem-solving abilities for client complaint resolution
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
