Background
Tide Ventures is seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operational execution across technical service delivery, field teams, and project coordination. This role requires a strong operational leader who can bring structure, efficiency, accountability, and performance discipline to fast-paced service environments.

Job Purpose:
To oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across technical and field operations while ensuring efficiency, quality delivery, and strong team performance.
