JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY
we are seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, run and optimise digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and support property sales, maximising return on ad spend and reducing cost per acquisition.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years running paid digital campaigns with accountability for leads, CPA and ROAS; real estate or high-value lead generation is an added advantage.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel / Conversions API and UTM tagging.
- Email marketing and CRM lead tracking, SEO basics, and strong analytical, budget and dashboard reporting skills.
