Kiinya CoU S.5 invites applications from reputable firms/companies interested in being prequalified for supplies, services and works for the period January 2026 – December 2026 in all the categories.

1. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information from PDU office, Kiinya CoU S.5 on working days and during working hours.

2. Solicitation documents in English may be purchased from the school on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non – refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 for each coded item/category

3. Method of payment and account details are obtainable from school.

4. Submissions must be addressed to Head PDU, Kiinya CoU S.5, P.O. Box 8805 Kampala and be delivered to the same office on or before Tuesday; 2nd December 2025 at 11:00am. Late submission will be rejected.

5. Prequalification and bidding will be conducted in accordance with Guidelines issued by Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority 2025.

6. The submissions will be opened at the school on Tuesday; 2nd December 2025 at 12:00 noon.

7. Kiinya CoU S.5 reserves the right to accept or reject any application or all applications for prequalification.
