Job Summary & Role Scope
The Primary Teacher will deliver rigorous, learner-centered curriculum instruction, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and academic discipline. The successful candidate will foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that meets the diverse learning needs of primary-level students.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Execution: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teach core subjects in alignment with the institutional curriculum.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, grade student assignments, and maintain accurate records of academic progress.
- Student Mentorship: Encourage positive behavior, personal responsibility, and active class participation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, colleagues, and parents to support holistic child development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Primary Education (or relevant subject specialization).
- Experience: Demonstrated teaching experience in national or international primary curriculum delivery.
- Background Check: Successful completion of mandatory institutional background checks.
- Key Traits: Strong classroom management, digital literacy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
