PROCUREMENT AND DISPOSAL ADVENT FOR THE FY 2025-2026 INVITATION TO EDIFOR PROCUREMENT AND DISPOSAL OF THE ASSETS.

1. Kumi Municipal Council intends to dispose of the following assets:
   • Preservative Vehicles, Motorcycles and other office items. The Entity will have no further liability after sale.
2. Kumi Municipal Council intends to dispose of Motor Vehicles, Motor Cycles, Printers, Photocopier, Laptops and other related accessories. Filing services from office furniture among others. The assets are sold on its own, where it’s basic and the Entity will have no further liability after sale.
3. Kumi Municipal Council therefore, invites sealed bids for the purchase of the above assets.
4. Existing will be controlled in accordance with the Public Bridging Disposal method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Disposal of Public Assets) regulations 2023.
5. Interested holders may inspect the asset at the address in 7(a) before from Monday - Friday from 8(8)am to 8(9)am.
6. The holding documents may be purchased by interested holders on the submission of a written application to the address indicated in 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of U.g. $28.50,000 for purchase of them.

Motor vehicles/cycles and Ubits $2,000 for all other items.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in (c) below not later than 9° June 2025, at 10:00 am. Late bids shall not be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the holders or the representatives of the holders who choose to attend at the address indicated below on 9° June 2025 at 11:00am.
8. (a) The assets may be inspected at Kumi Municipal Council as and where they are located.
   P.O box B3, Kumi.
   Date(s) for inspection: Monday to Friday except public holidays
   Through the inspection: 9:00am to 5:00pm (local time).
9. (b) Documents will be inspected and issued from:
