Kray Microfinance (SACCO) is looking for energetic, ambitious and target-driven Relationship Officers to join our Business Growth & Development team.

This is a field-based sales role focused on growing customers and business within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and activate new customers.
• Mobilise deposits and savings.
• Generate quality loan business.
• Promote savings and investment products.
• Identify, recruit and activate Kray stationery Agents.
• Reactivate dormant customers.
• Build relationships with SMEs, traders, employers, schools, churches, SACCOs, associations and other groups.
• Cross-sell Kray products to new and existing customers.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Microfinance or a related field.
• Experience in sales, microfinance, banking, SACCOs, fintech, insurance or other field-sales environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Highly energetic, self-driven and comfortable working extensively in the field.
• Ability to work and deliver under demanding performance targets.
