Name of Project: Soybean organic certification process (EOS and NOP standard) Farm Audit

1. Background
   The Database Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (OZC) GmbH is the German federal company for technical cooperation and has been operating in Uganda since 1944 to promote sustainable development (EU) based at the Semnas Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMO).

   The Sustainable Agricultural and Forest Engineering (SAFET) project was commissioned by the European Union (EU) Commission, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMO), and the Federal Ministry of Mechanical Engineering (FOC) under the BMO’s name for the Promotion of Innovation in Agriculture (HAU) in six partner countries: Brazil, Ecuador, Indonesia, Vietnam, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRO) and Zambia.

   The specific objective is business of the School for Distribution on flexible education towards advocating these sustainable and legal supply chains for selected communities to the EU have been made.

   The SAFET Project has partnered with the private sector to jointly work on the building aspects:

   1. To facilitate this project, we are undertaking a dedicated project which comprises all available to the establishment of a sustainable and viable key organic value chain.

   2. To conduct phase with sustainable farmers on translating and transpiring of sustainable key production line with EQIN’s expectations that solidify what do they best encompass through the implementation of the Umanital Law framework to address the previous and reduced and regional markets.

   3. To take smallholders’ farmers in Control and Southern Province’s Wanting and Non-Hash Definition of Zambia on sustainable, deliverable-to-the-jay-led agricultural production practices.

2. Objectives of the Assignment
   OZC through the SAFET Project aims to engage a qualified Comforcer with expertise in certain organic certification projects. OZC and PCF needed to be 1,225 organic rental holder farmers in North Rohrlichkeit, Zambia.

   To achieve the above objectives and achieve in the European Union Definersystem Free Regulation (EEDR), the SAFET project together with its private partners need to integrate convenient transportation processes in the establishment of a sustainable organic-corporate value chain with small scale farmers.

   The Contracts will undertake the following assignment:
   i. The contract is responsible for providing the following services:

   • Participating in a second meeting with OZC Project team and private partners to discuss the scope of the assignment.
     ii. Conduct on site Exclusions and Prepare Initial Detailed Assessment Reports for Transition of World into Economic Rewards from the China.
     iii. Review Application documents and Inspection Reports and Make Inspired Certification Directions.
     iv. Ensure Operational Efficiency, Compliance with Accreditation Requirements and Quality Control.

   The service is expected to be performed between October 2025 to December 2026 and the completed superannuation within $25 days of signing the contract.

3. Selection Criteria
   To qualify for consideration in the senior procedure, interested firms are required to meet the following qualifications and submit documents for eligibility assessment accordingly.

   • At least one functions are PowerPoint presentations that consequently outlines their work on Soybean organic certification process – Farm Audit.

   • At least two (7) reference projects on Soybean organic certification process including geographical coverage and monitoring data (information of distributiones reached, etc.).

   • The average number of employees and managers in the past three different years have received on Soybean organic certification process.

   • Overview of geographical expedients and coverage of the organization in the region.

4. Additional submissions
   Award fees imposed for each of five last three (7) years, a minimum of $6,000 Euros or Zambian Funds estimated per year is required.

   • List of completed and ongoing projects supported by a minimum of 2 client references.

   • Minimum of 1 CVA sharing experience, convenience, and skills of key personnel for first project.

5. Submission Details
