Role Context

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and drive our sales initiatives forward. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and achieving booking targets.

Responsibilities

The role involves implementing sales strategies, attending trade shows and events, managing client accounts, sales trips and site inspections, meeting monthly booking targets, and maintaining records in the PMS system.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector, is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to consistently meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and PMS is necessary. A willingness to travel is also a key requirement for this position.
