Our client in the fintech industry is a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization operating at the intersection of technology, financial inclusion, and digital transformation. The organization seeks to strengthen its core technology leadership and delivery capability by filling the Sales Manager role. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the scaling and resilience of mission-critical fintech platforms in a dynamic and high-impact environment.
Role Summary
The Sales Manager shall be a results-driven individual to lead revenue growth for the company. The role involves managing a sales team, expanding merchant and enterprise adoption, and driving partnerships across financial institutions, agents, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives and field agents
- Acquire and grow customers base
- Build and manage partnerships with the different stakeholders
- Oversee sales and perform accurate reporting,
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business team
- Execute field marketing activities and product activations as directed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal polices
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in FinTech, telecom, banking
- At least 2 years in a sales leadership role
- Strong understanding digital financial services
- Proven experience managing field sales and channel partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
