We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Lead to coordinate our sales, marketing, and business development activities and support the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive business development initiatives
  • Develop and nature partnerships
  • Coordinate client engagement
  • Nature client relations and ensure retention
  • Lead Bidding and Tendering activities
  • Grow organizational visibility and market reach
  • Supervise and support the sales & marketing team
  • Advocate for client needs and monitor client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and business development for the service industry
  • Experience with client acquisition for both B2C and BCB business models
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Creative, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Location

Kampala, with travel all over Uganda
