Responsibilities
Review Metrics and Performance
Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas. Check offline rates and unpaid metrics for the planned route. Contact underperforming dealers to develop improvement plans and ensure dealer and FO alignment.
Training and Retraining
Educate dealers on Watu Simu products, services, and processes, ensuring they understand terms and benefits. Conduct daily FO retraining sessions on software updates, onboarding processes, installment plans, and loan details to ensure accurate information entry and understanding.
Dealer Engagement and Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships with all dealers and DSRs, ensuring smooth operations.
Operational Support
Provide ongoing support to dealers and FOs, ensure route compliance, and assist with any issues in the field.
Daily Reports
Submit daily reports on activities, routes visited, and sales made, including any issues encountered and actions taken.
Route Management
Expand store coverage by adding new local dealerships and additional stores to existing dealerships each month.
Market Sensing
Provide continuous feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adapt strategies accordingly.
Drive Credit Conversions
Drive the conversion of cash customers to credit through dealerships to boost revenue.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, refraining from selling stock to dealers and avoiding poaching FOs from one dealer to another.
