JOB DETAILS:
Who We Are
We're a leading player in Uganda's agrochemical sector, with a proven track record of delivering premium products and services to support local agricultural growth. As our business expands, we're seeking dynamic local talent to join our team and drive innovation in the industry.
What You'll Do:
1.Drive sales growth for agrochemical solutions (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds etc.), owning end-to-end sales from demand generation to closing deals.
2.Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored product consultations and technical support.
3.Develop local market networks to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
Minimum requirement
1.Local Expertise:
2.With an in-depth understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural norms, and business practices.
3.Strong professional network in agriculture, ideally with connections to cooperatives, distributors, or farming communities.
4.1+ years in agrochemical sales/marketing, with knowledge of product applications and local distribution channels.
5.Fluency in English and Luganda (or other local languages), with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
6.For Sales: Track record of meeting targets; for Marketing: Experience in campaign management and data-driven insights.
Personal Traits:
1.with high energy and a passion for rural development.
2.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including occasional travel to rural areas.
