Description

Movit Products Limited (MPL) is hiring Salon Account Supervisors responsible for overseeing the technical capabilities and sales performance of the Salon Account Developers (SADs) which includes managing the deployment and utilization of salon assets, ensuring proper execution of technical services, and achieving salon channel sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the Technical Capability of the Salon Account Developers (SADs)

  • Ensure that SADs possess the necessary technical skills to deliver high-quality salon services to customers.
  • Organize continuous training and development for SADs to enhance their technical competence.
  • Regularly assess the technical performance of SADs to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Manage the Deployment of Salon Assets in Line with the Regional Business Manager (RBM)

  • Oversee the allocation and deployment of salon assets (equipment, products, tools) in the region in coordination with the RBM.
  • Ensure salon assets are efficiently used by SADs to meet operational requirements and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor asset usage and ensure proper maintenance, inventory management, and optimization in line with business objectives.

Supervise to Ensure Appropriate Technical Delivery by SADs & Manage PICOS for the Salon Channel

  • Provide oversight and supervision to SADs, ensuring technical services are delivered appropriately to salon customers.
  • Ensure compliance with the PICOS (Picture of Success) standards, including product display, advertisement visibility, and service execution in the Salon Channel.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of technical service quality and address gaps in delivery to meet market expectations

Manage Salon Truck Deployment in the Region

  • Oversee the scheduling and deployment of salon trucks in the region, ensuring efficient use to maximize coverage and service delivery.
  • Ensure timely and effective deployment of trucks, coordinating with logistics to meet service requirements in salons.
  • Monitor the performance and maintenance of salon trucks to ensure they are operational and deployed as per plan.

Co-Own the Salon Channel Sales Target for the Region

  • Collaborate with the Route Sales Supervisor (RSS) to co-own and drive the sales targets for the Salon Channel in the region.
  • Monitor the sales performance of SADs, ensuring alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement strategies to boost sales within the salon channel, identify new opportunities, and support SADs in achieving their targets.

Quality Management

  • Ensure all salon technical services and product applications comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), approved standard operating procedures, and brand standards.
  • Monitor product handling, storage conditions, and stock rotation within the salon channel to maintain product integrity and safety.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on SAD technical service delivery to ensure consistency, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on non-conforming products or service deviations in line with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) procedures.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Sales teams to address quality-related complaints and ensure timely resolution within the salon channel.

Financial Management

  • Monitor and control the allocated budget.

Risk Management

  • Identify risk due to change in channel or competitive landscape.

Compliance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in execution of duties in the country.

Ensure Adherence to Movit Group and In Country Policies and Procedures

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of (2) years’ relevant work experience in FMCG sales management role

Leadership

  • Strong leadership potential to drive learning, development, and operational coordination.
  • Must be a self-starter with an appreciation for business growth and priorities.
