Role Summary:

Human Capital Business Solutions (HCBS) Limited is looking for a competent and experienced Senior Procurement Officer on behalf of our client in the FMCG sector. The role involves managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
• Ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Drive cost savings and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CIPS, KISM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in procurement, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
