The Makerere University Retirement Benefits Scheme (MURBS) is a Mandatory Employer Scheme established by the University Council under irrevocable trusts on 1 April 2009 to provide retirement benefits to staff of Makerere University. MURBS is governed by Trustees who are mandated by the Trust Deed and Scheme Rules (As Amended 30 May 2023).
MURBS seeks to renovate and establish new office facilities within Makerere University premises. We invite qualified individuals and/ or firms to submit competitive bids for Office Renovation Services.
Interested firms/individuals should obtain the Bidding Document from the MURBS Office located at Lincoln Flats B4, Makerere University, or request for the Bidding Document by sending an email to info@murbs.mak.ac.ug; murbs.info1@gmail.com, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 200,000 deposited on the Makerere University Retirement Benefits Scheme fund account No. 903001838417, Stannie Bank, Corporate Branch.
Completed applications submitted as per instructions indicated in our Bidding documents should be delivered no later than 10:00 a.m on 29th September 2025 to the address below.
