A reputable manufacturing company based in Kampala is seeking to recruit a Supervisor – Injection Section Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the injection section
• Ensure production targets are met in line with quality standards
• Monitor machine performance and oversee proper use of injection molding equipment
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Train, guide, and evaluate injection section operators
• Report production output, downtime, and maintenance needs to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment especialy with hot runner moulds
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
