Asili Agriculture is looking for a skilled System Administrator to support and maintain our growing IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure smooth system operations, provide user support, and strengthen our digital environment across all company functions.

• Install, configure, and update software and hardware across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance.
• Manage the iForm server, technology tools, workstations, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve outages promptly.
• Implement data security measures, backups, and access controls.
• Develop and integrate IT systems, databases, and new functionalities.
• Prepare IT documentation, policies, and staff training materials.
• Automate reporting processes and maintain dashboards.
• Provide support to users and gather feedback to improve usability.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Second Upper).
• 2-3 years of system administration or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of system installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security.
• Experience managing servers, databases, and workstations.
