POST:                Team Leaders
LOCATION:       Kampala Metropolitan

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with Sales & Marketing background for the position of Team Leader - Logbook finance in a dynamic and highly innovative financial institution, which financial solutions to individuals, SMEs and Civil Servants across the country.

Qualification Requirements; Education: 

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or Business Administration.
• Experience in the Logbook finance lending sector will be an added advantage.
• Skills: Integrity, analytical thinking, organizational skills, knowledge in credit activities, and computer literacy.

Personal Attributes: 

• Team player, self-starter, ability to work towards set targets, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age: Above 23 years.
• Additional: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision in an aggressive sales target environment
• MUST have a previous experience in Sales and Marketing in a financial or insurance institution minimum of 2 years in credit.

Overall responsibility: 

The person should be in position to:

• Market the institution’s assigned product to all potential clients in both existing and new markets who own motor vehicles.
• Provide advice to clients on borrowing & loan management in logbook financing.
• Loan portfolio growth, monitoring and client retention.
• Quality management
• Solve clients’ problems promptly and escalate any unresolved queries.
• Meet the minimum sales targets for the week, month, and quarter.
• Evaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients according to institutional policies and procedures.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports/updates are submitted to the Product Manager
