Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and web applications
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
• Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the design and development lifecycle
• Maintain and evolve the design system and style guides for consistency across products.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile application development
• Proven expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, InVision, or equivalent
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and developing personas and journey maps
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns, responsive design principles, and WCAG accessibility guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage design systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
