We're Hiring
(WH&L) Docs Specialist
The WH&L Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing all documentation related to the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and traceability .
- Prepare, verify, and process all shipping and receiving documents (e.g., Goods Received Notes, Delivery Notes, Waybills) .
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels .
- Reconcile physical stock movement documentation with system records .
- Track shipments and keep relevant stakeholders informed .
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse documentation reports .
- Ensure compliance with approved warehouse procedures and maintain document traceability for audits .
