JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are hiring friendly and energetic Waiters, Waitresses, and Cashiers to provide excellent customer service. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities (Waitstaff):

• Greet customers, present menus, and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Serve orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Cashiers):

• Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, mobile money, card).
• Handle customer inquiries and provide receipts.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Assist with basic customer service and order packaging for delivery (Glovo).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for cashiers.
• Presentable, punctual, and reliable.
