JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE:
Info Code Consults LTD is seeking to hire for a client well skilled and experienced personals who are passionate about customer service, team oriented and able to work in first-paced environment.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers politely and make them feel welcome
- Present menus and explain available dishes and drinks
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle basic complaints
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests
- Process bills and handle payments correctly
- Follow hygiene, safety, and customer service standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of S.4 Certificate
- One Year of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Staying closer to the area like in Najjera, Kiwatule or any near is an added advantage.
NOTE:
