The Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) Uganda's apex body for the private sector is collaborating with the MasterCard Foundation (NICE) to co-implement Young Africa Works in Uganda — Enhancing Lead Firm Structure for Youth Employment Program. The Interventions ultimate goal is to create dignified and fulfilling work tor young women and men and contribute to the effort to lifting Ugandans out of poverty. The intervention tocuses on creating. maintaining and sustaining grovnh in lob markets through strengthening the capacity of actors to efficiently produce and sell their goods and services in expanded markets. developing new diversified financing mechanisms as well as growing the capacity of business leaders and their support service providers to manage and expand their enterprises. This transformative intervention will also transition Micro Enterprises to Small Enterprises.
Employment opportunities are available for passionate young professional Ugandans with strong understanding of the private sector issues (national. regional and global) wishing to contribute to enterprise development and growth to create sustainable jobs opportunities tor young women and in men Uganda.
All Jobs will be on an initial 3 years’ contract renewable for a further 2 years subject to a six month probation period and performance and will be located in Kampala at PSFU Offices unless notified otherwise
