A reputable Private Secondary School in Kampala is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Headteacher to lead our school.

Responsibilities or duties

• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership of the school
• Supervise teachers and support staff
• Ensure high academic standards and student discipline
• Liaise with parents, the Board of Governors, and the Ministry of Education
• Manage school operations, budgeting and planning

Qualifications or requirements

• Must be female
• Bachelor's Degree in Education; Master's Degree is an added advantage
• Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• High integrity and commitment to girl-child education

Experience needed

• Minimum 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Deputy Headteacher, Head of Department, etc.)
