JOB DESCRIPTION: MATRON (2 POSITIONS)
Ref: EHS007/2026
Job Summary:
To oversee the welfare, discipline, and well-being of students in the boarding section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise boarding students’ daily routines and activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in dormitories.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students.
- Report issues to school administration.
- Assist in health and hygiene monitoring.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum UCE or equivalent qualification.
- Aged 35 years and above.
- Experience in student supervision or boarding management preferred.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
