JOB DETAILS:

Educate! is seeking a hands-on AI Implementation & Adoption Lead to serve as a critical execution partner as we scale AI integration across our organization. You'll be the person who takes AI initiatives from concept to reality - building solutions, creating workflows, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

As we work toward integrating AI into every aspect of how we work and deliver impact - setting the benchmark for non-tech sectors, we need someone who can build the tools, workflows, and systems that make AI accessible and valuable for everyone from program staff to leadership. This isn't just a training role or just a technical role - you'll do both. You'll build functional AI solutions (agents, automations, integrations) for teams while simultaneously driving adoption through training, support, and enablement.

Reporting directly to our AI Transformation Lead & Chief of Staff, you'll be at the center of our AI transformation. If you're the type who gets excited about figuring things out, shipping solutions fast, teaching others what you've learned, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI - this is it.
