Instructions to Bidders

1. All bidding process for this procurement - including accessing, downloading, purchasing and submitting bidding documents - shall be conducted electronically through the MAK e-Procurement System at procurement.mak.ac.ug. Bidders must first register and log in to the portal at procurement.mak.ac.ug/login in order to participate.
2. The deadline for submission of bids is 11:59 PM on Wednesday, 7th October 2026. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted by the system.
3. The bidding documents may be purchased online through the portal https://pay.mak.ac.ug/ upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only) per document.
4. Interested and eligible bidders may inspect the bidding documents and obtain further information at any time by logging into the portal.
5. Bids shall be submitted electronically only, through the portal. Bids submitted through any other means (physical, email, or otherwise) shall not be accepted.
