About the job

LoadMaster is expanding its operations across Kampala and is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join the team as Activation Agents.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging directly with truck drivers and introducing them to the LoadMaster platform
• Supporting new users with app onboarding and setup
• Representing the brand in the field and building strong relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently
• Comfortable moving around Kampala and engaging with people daily
• Basic smartphone proficiency
