JOB DETAILS:
Background
Feasts Consultants is assembling a multi-disciplinary team of Associates to support the design and implementation of an Agrotourism Development Program. We are seeking experienced, highly motivated professionals to contribute to a national flagship initiative that integrates agriculture, tourism, investment, and rural transformation.
This is a consultancy-based, project-driven engagement with opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Technical Areas
We are recruiting Associates across the following technical areas:
- Tourism product development
- Destination planning
- Visitor experience design
- Tour packaging and itinerary development
- Agrotourism site master planning
- Landscape design
- Eco-tourism infrastructure
- Tourism marketing
- Digital platforms & booking systems
- Content development and storytelling
- Hospitality training
Key Skills & Competencies Required
Successful Associates should demonstrate:
- Strong technical expertise in relevant field
- Proven consulting or project experience
- Experience working with government or development programs
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Uganda or similar markets (preferred)
- Results-oriented with strong delivery focus
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
