The Organization is one of the biggest bike/spare parts and lubricants distributor of Uganda.

KRA:

  •  Administering Sales & Marketing activity of products in the assign Territory and Improving sales process.
  •  Channel sales and rural dealer/sub-dealer appointment
  • Demand generation through field activities and customer meets
  • Daily field visits for inquiry generation, customer interaction, and bookings/sales
  • Monitoring daily targets and field team performance (route plans, visits, conversions)
  • Maintaining financial discipline & Ensuring dealer profitability.
  • Developing Channel Partners in the assign Territory involving right from conducting Market Reiki to final commencement of dealership operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in an Auto OEM (Automobile industry – 2Ws, 3Ws, Tractors, Commercial Vehicles)
  • Language:Decent English conversational skills
