(PROCAMIS)–DPP/NCONS/2024-2025/00032

1. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions seeks the service of a provider for Upgrade and Maintenance of the Prosecution Case Management Information System (PROCAMIS).
2. The Entity invites special bids from eligible holders for the provision of the above services.
3. Building will be conducted in accordance with the Open Document Bidding Method combined in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2020, and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible holders may obtain further information at the address indicated in (a), from table 10 to 430pm.
5. The Bidding documents in English may be accessed at the address indicated in (b),(c), prior to the Bidding upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USX 100,000+ (Uganda Shillinge One Hundred Thousand only). The method is implemented by the entity pursuant to any bank using ODPP TIN (000853544).
6. Bids must be submitted at the address indicated in (a) at or before 24th July, 2025. A Bidding document is available on a full Security of USX 15,000,000+ (Uganda Shillinge Fifteen Million Only). The Bid genuine must be valid until 30th January, 2025. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder; representatives who choose instead at the address indicated in (a) on 24th July, 2025 at 11:30am. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting at ODPP Boardroom 8+ Floor, Worker’s House on 2nd July, 2025.
