Description

Flip Africa is hiring a skilled and charismatic Bar Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a vibrant bar setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers at the bar and take their beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of various spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails, and be able to make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and communicating needs to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
