The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages while providing excellent customer service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, and macchiatos, according to standardized recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Steam milk to the correct temperature and texture, and create latte art for presentation.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
• Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Suggest add-ons, such as pastries, snacks, and alternative milk options, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system where applicable.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards.
