Helfer International invites Sealed bids from interested individuals, Companies or Farmer groups for the following assets that are being disposed of! “As is”

Public Viewing of the assets being disposed will be held from Monday 4th August 2025 – Friday 08th August 2025 during working days at Helfer International Uganda Head Office strictly from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. daily as per the stipulated dates.

No Bidding fees are required, Instead bid applications must be submitted physically enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked clearly with the category reference number and the item name before the deadline of 08th August 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

There will be no public bid opening and Helfer International Uganda reserves the Right to accept or reject any bids and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.

All bidders must clearly state the preferred asset and value offer, which should be addressed to: The Procurement Department, Helfer International Uganda, Plot 1 Yusuf Lule Road, Nakasero. You are free to apply for more than one item BUT placed onto separate bids and properly enclosed.

All deliveries of bid application submissions at Helfer International office Plot 1 Yusuf Lule Road, should be done strictly between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Ensure you register at the Front Desk at the time of submitting your application and indicate the items applied for on the registration Form.
