BID NOTICE UNDER FRAME WORK CONTRACT
Arua School of Comprehensive Nursing has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of various supplies and services under Frame work contract arrangement.

Arua School of Comprehensive Nursing now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of the following supplies and services under frame work contract for financial year 2026/2027:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Arua School of Comprehensive Nursing and inspect the bidding document at the address in 7 (a) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a). Bidders should make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 103,000/= Bank charges inclusive. Bidders will only be issued the bidding document upon presentation of receipt of payment issued by the School Accountant. The document will be physically collected from the address at 7(a) below.

Bids must be delivered and registered to the address in 7(a) at or before 25th June 2026 at 11:00am (Local time). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address in 7(b) on 25th June 2026 at 11:30am (Local time).

Arua School of Comprehensive Nursing reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
