CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING PHASE 1
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: LSS/WRK/25-26/0002

1. Luwero Secondary School has allocated funds for construction works of a Multi-purpose building(Phase 1).

2. The School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of the above works.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 9.00am-4.00pm on official working days.

5. The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda shillings Two hundred thousand (UCX 200,000+). Payments Must be made to Account No 1011200616027 (In the names of Luwero Senior Secondary School ), Equity Bank.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) before 10th September 2025, 11.00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UCX 120,000,000= (Uganda shillings one hundred twenty million) in form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee only. Bid securities must be valid until 24th October, 2025. Late Bids shall be rejected.

7. There will be a site visit on 4th September, 2025 at 11.00am local time. The bidder is advised to visit and examine the site of works, its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary in preparing the bid.
