ADDENDUM NO. 1

1. Reference is made to the advert that appeared in the New Vision newspaper of 27th November 2025. All interested bidders are hereby informed that NAGRC&DB has extended the bid submission date with changes in the technical specifications for acquisition item No. 4 in the subject advert.

2. Interested bidders may obtain the revised bid document from the NAGRC&DB Procurement and Disposal Unit office.

3. The revised bid submission date is 6th January 2026.

4. All potential suppliers must deliver their sealed and marked bids before 11:00am on 6th January 2026.

5. All submitted bids will be opened at 11:30am on the date in (2) above in the presence of bidders’ representatives that choose to attend the bid opening.
