Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth, effective service delivery
- Drive branch targets in customer acquisition, savings mobilization, and loan portfolio growth
- Monitor loan portfolio quality, repayments, and recovery of overdue loans
- Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to meet performance targets
- Ensure accurate, timely MIS, financial, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Manage branch cash flow, banking, reconciliation, and fund accountability
- Lead branch meetings, staff reviews, and performance planning
- Support business development, community mobilization, and product promotion
- Identify operational challenges and drive improvement solutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or branch operations is an added advantage
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS/reporting tools
- Solid grasp of credit management, savings mobilization, and portfolio management
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Willingness to work in the field and travel when required
- 35 years and below
Interviews will be Conducted at Mbale Regional Offices
