Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth, effective service delivery
  • Drive branch targets in customer acquisition, savings mobilization, and loan portfolio growth
  • Monitor loan portfolio quality, repayments, and recovery of overdue loans
  • Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to meet performance targets
  • Ensure accurate, timely MIS, financial, and operational reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage branch cash flow, banking, reconciliation, and fund accountability
  • Lead branch meetings, staff reviews, and performance planning
  • Support business development, community mobilization, and product promotion
  • Identify operational challenges and drive improvement solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in microfinance, banking, or branch operations is an added advantage
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS/reporting tools
  • Solid grasp of credit management, savings mobilization, and portfolio management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel when required
  • 35 years and below

Interviews will be Conducted at Mbale Regional Offices
